My day

I was pretty good today. I went to church this morning. It was a great service. It rain this morning but the afternoon was looking great with sunshine.
Last week I was feeling a little sad because I was thinking about my life. I have a hard time not to think about my life. My pdoc increase my medication. Now I am taking my medications in the morning and at night. It makes me sleepy during the day and I stay up all night. The medications are helping. I just need to make adjustment to my schedule until I get use to the medications.
