YAY!

New revelation: drinking low calorie gatorade is like the most amazing thing for weight loss ever. The sugar high keeps me going when I am fatigued and ready to pass out, and as a plus, I am kept hydrated. I'm now under 300 calories a day. I've stopped running though because it made me feel like throwing up and dizzy, but I still am on my feet all day burning plenty of calories at work. The scale showed 97 lbs right before I jumped into the shower tonight. Two more pounds and I will be at my goal weight! I can't wait!! :) Maybe if I restrict down to 100 or 200 calories, I will be there in the next day or two.
