No entrys for a few due to kidneystones. Feeling o.k. right now. Seems to have moved a few inches lastnite to a better local,(pain down to 7-8).Cant go vote and had put off Dr's visit. I don't travel well under these circumstances. Mental health is better. I am sure my outbursts were due to the PREDNAZONE crap. You couldn't get me to take any of that, even with a gun to my head. Lesson to self: READ all info PRIOR to taking any new medicines.Dr. gave me no warning on that poison.

Distracting things like the wind are great. I will listen to more music today. Sometimes sets me off a little when I hear and remember that, I used to play that a lot. Haven\'t picked up guitar in over a month. Seems like music is a forgien language now. Cant play... but it\'s impartant to listen. Music sooths the soul of the savage beast.
