my throat is killing me....it's those kids at the preschool! i spend all day repeating things over and over again...and telling kids "no thank u...we do not hit our friends" "use ur walking feet" "we do not throw our toys, no thank u!" "put ur paper towel in the garbage, put ur paper towel in the garbage, put ur paper towel in the garbage" "no the garbage...pick it up...now put it in the garbage".......miss karen slipped some candy in my hoodie pocket for me to suck on cuz i told her my throat hurt.....i thanked her...but didn't touch it.......no thank u! =Pone of my co workers (the aforementioned miss karen) is kind of getting on my nerves....she has me take the kids to the bathroom that either have "poopies" or have the shitload of buttons and snaps type outfits on....lazy bitch....and she has me do all the cleaning while she does the "paper work" aka recording what time the kids fell asleep, and what they ate for lunch......right.....tough job u have bitch....and she is one of those open book type people....like i now know all her business...her real father abandoned her, her step dad beat her and her mom, her husband and her live paycheck to paycheck, she has no car, she used to own a bakery...etc.,etc.,etc..........ummmm thanks for the info?today miss karen said "omg im sweating so bad, i don't know how u wear that sweatshirt miss melissa" to which i said "o, i'm always cold"....to which she replied "that's because u have absolutely no fat on u....miss melissa is so healthy"......i seriously almost burst out laughing at that one!!!......thin doesn't mean healthy....and i think that i'm past healthy thin...hell i passed that a long time ago......but my ED definitely got a stroke thinking that it's making me look like the picture of health...like hahaha fooled another one!

I know how co workers can be! Stand up to her and tell her you don\'t want to always be the one doing cleaning and such, tell her you want to switch off every once in awhile or something. Good luck with that!

you should leave an anonymous note on her desk advertising for DS so she can get some support instead of unloading on you!!!!!!! She is lazy and is totally able to get away with it right now b/c you\'re letting her - tell her do help you out a bit.

yeah gotta love the kid reminders - you find yourself starting to sound like a broken record - pick up your blocks, no pick them up don\'t kick them, put them in the bin, no not in your mouth in the bin, we don\'t hit eachother, people are not for biting, don\'t pick your bum......hahah.

and as for the sweatshirt thing - people really have no clue. They say all kinds of things - sometimes catty comments - and really if they were you then they would understand. Whatever. Let them talk.

Hugs - xoxo

You need to tell your co worker that the responsibilities need to be shared evenly. Its not fair to dump the unpleasent ones on you. Try not to feed into ed to much, I want you to get better with all my heart!

Sorry, but it\'s the aids job to do all the cleaning and potty duties.
Your first paragraph made me laugh. I remember that very well. I still say those things over and over to my girls.

Hahaha the old healthy thin trick. I empathise with you regarding your colleague, as i am a teacher myself, i also know the paper work is an absolute nightmare, i actually think you are lucky not doing the paperwork!
Are you in training to get a degree in early childhood education? You mentioned yesterday that you loved running the show so maybe you should? Good luck tomorrow!

It all boils down to assertiveness. I have the tendency to be passive/aggressive and I learned so much about being assertive in treatment. You can speak your truth and let your feelings be known without being a bad person or \"bitch\". Since she is such an \"open book\" then she might be receptive to your feelings about her outright laziness. XO
