had an alright day at preschool today...got lots of hugs from the toddlers, and preschoolers...and i had a baby throw up after i fed him...(i chuckled to myself thinking "maybe this baby is bulimic"....how wrong is that ? lol)...i have the oddest thoughts as a result of being in treatment....like today in the toddler room (where i spend 95% of my day), miss karen and i didnt have time to potty all of the kids, so we decided to get the rest of them to go potty after tbey had their lunch...and immediataly my mind jumped to, "they need to potty b4 lunch because ur not allowed to go into the bathroom right after eating"...needless to say, i didnt say this outloud, they would have thought i was cracked out of i did...i just know that these thoughts are a result of a long long long road of treatmentswent to the good old doctor today....and i guess my weight was down another pound...and he was like this isnt good....to which i said "it was a pound over a 6 week period! that's not that bad!" and he said "well it's a pound in the wrong direction! u need to gain weight, and right now ur losing still.  u need more calories!".....then he asked me if i was still seeing my ed dr....and i said no...then he asked about my therapist, and i told him that insurance cut me off....and then he said that he couldnt keep seeing me, he is not specialized in EDs, im going downhill meaning i might need to go back to the hospital, and that he was removing me from his care.......so now i have no therapist, and no doctor......does this make sense to anyone?

Find a doctor who does specialize in EDs?? I\'m not sure why you aren\'t seeing your old ED Dr. Go back to the hospital?? Change insurance companies?? Just tossing out ideas here. What kind of insurance company would cut you off from therapy? That is crazy considering your condition. XOXOXO

God love the medical field. My therapist has done that to me and my ED dr. has done that. \"I can\'t keep seeing you if you countinue to lose weight\". Makes you wonder what they are \"really\" doing/smoking before they come into the room.

man the american medical system sucks! in australia we have tax payer funded medical. you really need to vote in your election next year. i heard on the news this morning that George W Bush just vetoed a bill providing extra health care for children because it would drive people away from private health and making companies richer.... what a bastard. good health is a human right & access to health care too! but you really need to find someone sweetie. best of luck or move down here to australia!

Sorry to hear about your doctor, your medical system in the states sounds shit, but you can only do the best with what youve got, just try and get what ever help you can, if your losing weight no matter how little its not good but i know you can turn this round and sort your problem out!

So hey, you can do what I do and find an ED counselor who goes by income not by insurance. Hang in!!
