everyday.....world war 3 inside my head.......how long will this war go on? i hope ED gives up before i do.......i am so good at bargaining myself down to lower calorie options.....i need to STOP doing this...i am GOING to stop doing this! as soon as i am able.......

Tell ED to fuck off... you should read how to live without ED it is the best book ever and really helps you battle the voice inside your head!
I agree. Life Withoout ED is a an awesome book. It is really helping me realize that Abe is a voice in my head and a person I have a relationship with. He is not me and I am not him.
