the past three days...i have been to the movies three times lol...ive seen spiderman 3 twice...and i saw shrek 3 tonight...loved it...it was cute....im likin my new car...cuz its mine! its in my name! i was feelin good all day today...went to work...went to the movies...and then i came home and everything changed.......
my dad jumped right on me by saying "why didnt u fill up aunt rose's car with gas when u returned it? that is so ignorant! there was only 1/4 of a tank in there....so i filled it and u now owe me $26"
i went upstairs...got $26 and came back down and threw it on the table and said "THERE!...I DIDNT HAVE THE MONEY WHEN I RETURNED THE CAR! I JUST GOT PAID TODAY!"....god and i wasnt about to ask my parents for the money to fill the tank...i dont need them for anything!.....god my dad makes me feel like the worlds biggest loser...he makes me feel like i dont matter and that i am the worst person alive or half alive (whichever it is)

wow to the movies 3times, Im quite lucky, my friend works in the movies so i can get in for $2 then get food and drinks at $1 each lol. Don\'t go to the movies much though. U say ur dad is for sale.......Does he like cleaning around the house, and does he do the gardening, cos we really need our gardens done lol oh and does he like to clean cars inside and out, cos my car needs a good polish and vacumn lol. I agree with JNoel, men in general do not understand how to be encouraging instead of critical. But it doesn\'t excuse negative behavior. Although it\'s been decades since I went up against my Dad, I can still relate to how you\'re feeling. I wonder how he felt when you told him you just got paid. Maybe like a first-class heel. You are NOT a loser, you are very much alive, and you DO matter:)
sounds like my dad. you handled it well. Dad\'s can be dense some times. He knows you aren\'t made of money. It will get better. Is he willing to go to a therapist to understand more about ED. I think if he was forced to know more about ED, he would be more introspective in generAL, and not be so dumbfounded. He\'s doing the best he can, and he\'s taking his frustration out on you. I\'m thinking maybe a 3rd party could get him to see you as a person, and start making you feel like you\'re doing Ok
