8 days
In 8 days my baby will be 25 in Earth Years. The last 2 years I have mostly hid in my bed and waited for the day to pass. I want to (try) be different this year. This is the anniversary of the best day of my life!!! I want to take baby steps towards making new memories and celebrate the date that brought me the very beginning of the best season of my life. It will be next Saturday. To help keep me on track I have favors to ask. Since I am addicted to Facebook and that is the first thing I turn to every morning, could you please, on my page and on Cassi's page, post "Happy" Happy Birthday messages...colorful balloons, cakes, whatever that brings celebration to my mind, and for the first time since her death, with your help, I will at least begin the day in a different state of mind. I will not hide in my room, I will get out, smile and laugh as much as possible and honor Cassi by showing her how precious that day was to me, August the 20th, the day she made me a mother.

I'm coming. Hi Gina, Cassi, Cara, all our angels. Cara loved a chocolate cake with chocolate icing around the sides nice fluted edge around the top just the side and a whole can of cherry pie filling on top and dots of whipped cream so since we're in the virtual world I have this virtual cake to contribute to the party.
