Watching the direction of Issac..at the moment it is aimed through some of the South Islands and coming across Cuba,,them maybe up the eastern gulf ?? but it is a large storm and we will probably get some of it ,,,these things really make me nervous,,,especially nowdays,,,there are no insurance companys who will write policys for older homes in this part of Florida ,,,and that hasn't changed in a couple of years ,,,what there is is far to expensive and rifled with exclusions and exceptions,,,so,,,that is where that stands,,,The Governor here is a nit-wit or he'd have this issue attended to within months of his office ,,,he is more interested in Northern Florida concerns,,
Have an appt. to have my will attended to in the early part of Sept, with an attorney friend,,,I have been told that I could do it myself,,,but given what is involved ,,I am not going to go that route,,,,it is a one time thing and that is it ,,It is a strange feeling to deal with ones mortality issues,,,
Other than that all is well,,,,my checks are due at the end of the month,,,my electric bill spiked as I have been using my air a lot more due to the heat and being home more ..added in another A/C unit ,,,Still doing my Thurday (which is tomorrow) class at BOC,,this is the fourth one now ,,,so far ,,so good...
Going to the "Y" every other day,,,right now I need a day between going ,,that will change I hope ,,or maybe go everyday and do a bit less,,,who knows,,,

We do work hard to \'adapt\' to the challenges of life. Yes, when I set up our living trust I had to face that this would be put into effect as a result of DEATH and here it is ten years after the fact of the death of my spouse during the final week of my chemotherapy for the advanced stage cancer and I have been forced to survive on disabled widow\'s benefits since that time and the nightmare has been never ending. I truly had no clue of our collective reality if it were faced to ill to live well and where I am alone at the mercy where no mercy exists. We do our best to adapt and learn along the way how to best survive what is often a nightmare of reality.
