My Love

Catie and I started dating in May of 2012. Our first date was to go and see the Hunger Games. I remember showing up a bit early because I was so nervous. When she walked in the door it was a like movie. Everything slowed down and all that was in focus was her. She looked so amazing and her smile made me smile right away. I remember after the movie when hugged and gave each a smooch. I knew right then and there that she was special and I had to get to know her. I wanted to take things slow because we had both been in bad relationships before. We started dating and quickly became hard to be apart. We spent that summer talking and going on walks. It was great to get to know someone and when we were apart all I wanted was to see her. We told each other about our pasts and where had been and what we had done. She told me once that she just wanted someone to love her for her. I did and I always will. I didn't care about the past or mistakes. She made me so happy and a better man. Its so hard without her.
