I can relate to this, I know when I was activley drinking, my depression and outlook on life was alot worse. I have not had a drink in over 6 months and even though I still struggle with depression and anxiety if I continue to do the next right thing and focus on what is good even if its is one or 2 things or try and exercise, even just walking try to get out of myself, like thinking about my friend paralized in a wheelchair, who has a great attitude etc. Sometimes I just force myself to smile and I always keep on praying and I will pray for you to find peace and strength today.

I don\'t get it. You dont want AA, you dont want the 12 steps, and you dont want rehab. Just what do you want? If you dont like where you\'re at, try someplace else

I can understand depression. If logic played a part in depression there wouldnt be any . The way it works for us alcoholics is that we cant think our way into better living. We can live our way into better thinking. If we dont like the way we think we have to change the things we do.
I\'m sorry but my knowledge into \"cutting\" is scarce. But its a coping mechanism that doesnt seem to work. Get back to your doctors dude.Change the things you do to positive things
