73 days...

haha my last post I'm dropping F'bombs and wanting to pig out.  It's all about momentum for me and remembering that every feeling, every impulse is momentary and everything passes.  One day I can be so down and feeling hopeless and the next day, it gets turned around.  I must remember that and stay in the present moment.  Yesterday, while out driving for work I wanted to pull into convenience store to get something to eat.  I probably would have made a poor choice of snack.  But anyways, I didn't pull in.  It felt like a small victory, after I noticed the impulse had passed. 
I'm feeling good and strong in my sobriety.  It feels wonderful I am putting my needs first.  I have been avoiding myself for a long time. 
On another note, I am wanting to loose my shit on my ex.  His wedding is this Saturday and he is showing his true colors once again.  His needs first.  Always.  No regard for our kids.  Not a priority to include them.  I just talked to my co-worker, she talked me off the ledge.  Not worth my time and energy. I would only get more pissed off with his response.  He is a bitch.  My co-worker always says he needs to wipe his pussy after he pisses.  HAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAAHAHAH
