that feeling comes over me also..when i think too much about joeys body not being here..i take a beta blocker, it helps keep the adrenaline down, and then i try to focus on the joey who is now, instead of his body..i know the feeling..its like a fear that grips you that you cant take care of them, that they arent here..no, their bodies arent here..i wish i could get out of 3 dimensions and understand..just letting you know i am with you. love and more love, marianne

I am so sorry you are going through this hard time in your life. Being scared I think would be perfectly normal. I am so thinking of you and I hope it gets better.

It is strange that you are curious about where Jessy is? Tonight I was looking at the beautiful night sky...full of stars...and I said...\"Alex if you are okay and in heaven give me a sign...a falling star\" I gave him a week...so it is possible that you will still be wondering that again...Alex died almost 21 months ago...and I still wonder. I think that we have to decide that they are in heaven, that they are okay...because we will not know for sure. Peace to you my friend...Karen

How could there not be something far greater than we can imagine? There is heartache in this world but also so much beauty and every little creature is not just a \"fluke\". Dare to believe friend. Love to you. Robin

Jan,
Whenever I start feeling lost and anxious lately, I re-read your January 4th journal post and find comfort and inspiration.
Please don\'t doubt that she is well and happy. Please don\'t doubt that she is still with you.
Take care of you,
Ann
