Nothing RE last week's interview. I had another interview yesterday and should find out more about that soon. There's also another opening that I've been put forward for, and I'll hear more about that soon too.
Spent today alternately being angry, crying and making pfeffernuesse. I'm so full of spice biscuits, but it's lovely. I saw Charlotte on Monday, and that was great - wonderful to catch up, and the secret cocktail bar was super awesome. I'm seeing her again on Saturday, which I can't wait for. God, I love her. She's one of my favourite people ever.
I feel like I've eaten a lot lately. I blacked out in London yesterday after my interview, but I think it was probably a combination of stress and dehydration. I was basically trying to decide whether I should get something to eat in Boots in Victoria Station, but it was too complicated, so I left. I was going down the steps to the Underground, but everything was a bit blurry, and then it all started to go grey, and then I blacked out and fell down a load of steps. I'm covered in bruises, but mostly I was embarrassed. Dan came to pick me up from Croxley, and then he took me home and I went to sleep for a couple of hours. We've both been super tetchy and pissy lately, and Dan always gets miserable this time of year. He lay in bed and was sad for a while, which made me cry while I cuddled him, but he's feeling better now. Today, we went to the Co-Op to buy cider so we could mull it, and I cried a lot of the way there. I want to feel festive, but instead I'm just pessimistic. I feel like we'll never be out of Croxley and I hate it.
I found a couple of short-term rentals the other day for about £300/month. If I get any of these more recent jobs, I'm going to have to move into one.
