Dear Kitty,
Dan Skyped me last night to read to me before we went to sleep. He reads to me when I'm at his, and we're working our way through the King Arthur stories at the moment. We think it would be a good idea to take it in turns to read, even though I get nervous reading aloud to people above the age of ten. Dan said that I should just pretend he's a carpet of listening children (which was a bit weird) so I think I might read him all the Winnie-The-Pooh stories as a joke. I really love being read to - I don't know why - but I think it's even nicer face-to-face. When Dan finished last night, he said 'oh, now you should be here to cuddle me', and that made me miss him. We've been apart for a day and we already miss each other. He's coming up next Friday, though, and we're going into Cambridge on Saturday to meet up with Charly (!!!).
Still waiting for a letter from Hector.
Yours,
Chessie
