Dear Kitty,
not a lot has happened in the last week, really. I've missed Dan awfully - it's very peculiar, considering it's only been a week since I last saw him - and, every time I've gone to bed, I've wished he were there too. I'm dying for him to hold me, to cuddle me close, to kiss me in the morning, to stroke my hair and tell me it's alright when I have nightmares. Luckily, it's only another four nights until he's here again, and I can hardly wait for it.
He, Will and Craig are moving out of their flat by the end of May, and that's made me quite sad - for one thing, we won't be near each other at any time of year, and especially not this summer. It's also made me sad because our whole relationship began in Norwich, and it's based there for both of us; our trips to Frank's, meeting on 'our' bench, spending hours in the BBC Library, Norwich Castle, the restaurant where we had our first date, going to the Bicycle Shop - and, of course, waking up next to him in his room, where we sit in bed and look out of the window and drink tea and talk about anything and everything. We have so many memories in Norwich, and I'll be sad for everything to change. But you know me, Kitty - I've never been the biggest fan of change.
We've booked the campsite for this weekend. Stef and I went into town yesterday - it was marvellous! We got the bus most of the way there (we were at the top at the front, so we pretended to drive it all the way) and then walked around Chinatown for an hour or so; she hadn't really been to any of the shops, so I got to show her around. We went to Primark after and just had a really girly time, looking at all the clothes and bags and everything. I'm glad we get along so well - in fact, I'm glad I get along so well with everyone I'm living with next year. Janie has been nicknamed 'Mama Bear' by us, and we've decided that she and Michael are going to be the 'mature' ones next year. Michael's hilarious, and Stef and I are just mental and giggly and typical girls. I'm so looking forward to moving in with them! We've decided that the living room is going to be moustache-themed - and that my books and their mangas are going to take over the whole house!
I feel somewhat incomplete right now, and I'm not sure if that's because Dan's not here or not; I just don't know if we're that 'involved' yet. But, for the moment, I'm going to assume it is. Despite feeling incomplete, though, I'm happy. Well, happiER than I have been - so it'll probably be another four months or so until I'm depressed again. I'm going to focus on the future and study hard.
Yours,
     Chessie
