Dear Kitty,
            lectures started yesterday - I already know all the stuff we're doing, so I'm not feeling at all productive. I do, however, need to come up with a storyline for this musical I'm supposed to be writing a script for, and I'm going swimming later, so all is well (oh, and I need to enroll in Mandarin Chinese - mustn't forget that).
            I got a letter from Dan today, which ended:
'I miss you. Our visit to the castle already feels a long way away. I find my thoughts drifting inexorably towards you - I must have drafted a dozen versions of this letter before I even received yours. Still, I regret nothing - this may be hard, but everything worthwhile is. And I consider you to be especially worthwhile.
On that note, I shall sign off, before I commit anything more egregiously sentimental to paper!

P.S I weighed myself for the first time properly when I first got here, and I was 54.9kg - ugh. I'm now 54.1kg, so everything seems to be going my way right now *smile smile*
