Dear Kitty,
the Societies Fair was on yesterday, and I joined almost everything: the CU, Cheerleading, LGBTQ, KnitSoc, G&S, Musical Theatre, Japanimation, and so many more! Matt, Craig and I spent about two hours walking around the marquees, looking at everything and getting much too excited. I think we may have also joined the radical Anti-Socialist group by mistake. Today, there was an introduction to Hiragana for all the people on my course - there are two really nice Czech girls in my class, and it's good to have friends who aren't guys here. I also saw Cecily in Chinatown, and she and Andrew are coming over for lunch next Thursday. Tomorrow, Matt, Craig and I are going to the LGBTQ tea party - I can't wait! Also I've an audition on Friday night, for a local church choir. If I get in, I'll be doing two services on a Sunday; Communion AND Evensong!
I am, however, having a few problems with being a Christian right now. I'm not sure which bits of the Bible to follow, and how seriously/far I should take them. Doubting my faith always makes me feel guilty and confused - but I'm just not sure right now. I know God is there; I'm just not sure if I'm following Him in the right way.
Dan's coming to stay on the 5th. Wheee!
Yours,
Chessie
