My name is Chessie Smith.
I am eighteen, and doing a degree in Japanese Studies.
I play the guitar, the violin and the piano, I sing soprano, and I hate the way I look. I can't ever settle on an outfit in the morning, I'm a self-harmer, and I love looking at clouds. My room is usually too dark to sew in, and I'd rather lie on my floor than on a bed. Sitcoms are the best thing ever invented, along with shoes and books, and I have absolutely massive mood swings. I'm fickle and constantly want to change something about myself, I collect vintage clothes, and I'm bisexual. I'd rather sit in comfortable silence than constantly feel the need to talk, I knit in my spare time - I write plays and books and anything else I want. I love writing letters to people, and love receiving them even more. I have short, frizzy, brown hair, and I look much younger than I am. My all-time favourite film is 'V For Vendetta', and I would do absolutely anything for my friends. I calorie-count all the time, I follow pro-ana blogs on Tumblr, and I'm actually making a conscious effort to get out of all that right now. Languages are my biggest hobby, I've got more notebooks than I know what to do with, and I can't eat around most people. I bite my nails compulsively, love the number four, and can't find anything more comforting than a blanket and a well-loved book - especially if that book is 'Little Women'. I'm a confirmed and active Christian, but even I have some problems with the church. Stupid people drive me mental, and I can't just watch a film - there has to be something else to do, whether that be sewing, or just simply cuddling.
