Dear Kitty,
so, Cecily arrived on Thursday night, and as soon as we started talking, we couldn't stop! It was so wonderful to see her again - never really realised how much I missed her. On Friday, we went to the Marais, and then to Galeries Lafayette and Institut de la Musique, and then to the Champs. I had work after that, and then we made tea together. She left early on Saturday, and I was sad to see her go, but we really did have a lovely time together. Yesterday, Charlotte invited me to hers, and we spent the evening on Youtube and just being really weird together (we started improvising Gregorian chant out of the window at one point). Then we had church this morning, and, since then, I've just been sitting in my room being lazy. I've wanted to write for ages, but, as soon as I start, I get awful writers' block. It's annoying, but I'm sure it'll clear soon.
Next week, we're doing the Jubilee evensong, and then there's a big party at Becky's - Candi's making margaritas, and it's basically our last chance to all get together before half of us leave over the summer. On Sunday, Charlotte and I are going to Disneyland straight after church - what a weekend! The weekend after, Mum and Dad are coming to get my stuff, and I can't wait to see them!
I've only got three weeks left now. I'm going to Amsterdam for three days after I leave, but my bank card suddenly stopped working while trying to book my return, so I'll have to go to the bank tomorrow to sort it out.
Yours,
    Chessie
