Dear Kitty,
feeling massive right now. I can't seem to lose any weight at all, no matter what I do. I was 53.9 when I came back from Ile-de-Re, and somehow I managed to balloon to 54.4 last week. Got back down to 54.0 on Monday, and then was back up to 54.3 this morning (didn't drink enough yesterday so bad water retention). If I'm not back down to 53.something this weekend, I'm not allowing myself to go to Disneyland. So that's motivation.
MP has gone to Germany to see her sister, so I'm on-call all the time right now. Today was ANOTHER public holiday (eesh) and tomorrow, I have to be upstairs at half past seven. Etienne's been tired and cross and generally disagreeable lately, so I'm not really looking forward to it. Luckily, he's got two sessions of sport, so I'm going to take some time out and go for a walk or something. Might treat myself to a coffee and look artsy in a cafe somewhere. Fortunately, being upstairs so early means that I'm getting up early enough to go for a run - any time past half seven, and Paris is suddenly packed, but jogging around it at six thirty is always nice and quiet.
Guillaume is grumpy, but we had a nice game of cards today with Xavier. Xavier's being really sweet right now, actually, which is good - and Regis is too, surprisingly.
Yours,
Chessie
P.S Went vintage shopping last week and found a cool pair of jeans. Was annoyed that I couldn't get them to do up until I realised that they were meant for an eleven year old. So I bought a skirt instead.

All that over half a kilo? For fuck\'s sake, just stop. Seriously, STOP. It\'s worrying as hell.
