Dear Kitty,
the weather here is glorious! It's wonderfully warm (21'C!) and the sun's shining - not a cloud in sight.
This week's been great, actually. I went to Montmartre on Tuesday with a new friend (Lara's replacement), and we had loads of fun browsing the shops and going to Sacre Coeur (the mass started just as we arrived, so we stayed for part of it). We've got quite a lot in common, too; religion, vintage stuff, learning languages - oh, and we're now gym buddies. Yesterday, I was let off work early because I looked so tired, and then I did my Student Finance, and then I meant to go to sleep - instead I stayed up til four on Skype with Hector. It was totally worth it, though, because we had a proper DMC and everything. I'm going to visit him at some point, and I can't wait to see him again - it's surprising how much I miss him. As for today - well, I set up my French bank account, and then I've got choir tonight, and I can't wait! As far as I'm aware, I don't need to work this weekend because we're off to Normandy next, so I'm planning on having a nice, relaxing, sewing weekend; it's going to be cold, so films, ice skating and my new sewing patterns will be the perfect combination.
