I'm sitting in a chalet in Meribel and listening to Britten. Everyone else has gone out for lunch and for the rest of the afternoon, so I've the chalet to myself until five - hurrah! Today, I'm going to watch Harry Potter (the last one) and maybe a Disney movie as well. I saw 'Tangled' for the first time last week and loved it, so maybe that - or 'The Incredibles'. The DVD case is my oyster!
And I still have to carry on with my knitting. And Japanese.

P.S. Emmanuel, the chalet girl, is really nice, and she's been so friendly all week. She noticed I was upset at one point and brought me a cup of tea, and she doesn't speak any English - so I'm practising my French and she's learning English from me.
