Dear Kitty,
the last week has been - ok. Etienne's behaved really quite well, and the family's been fine. Choir on Thursday was great; Peter told us stupid jokes for ages and I still haven't stopped laughing at one of them. The music we did was brilliant as well - a Charpentier mass, and his 'Salve Regina' too. They're both really nice, actually, though we were all a bit intimidated by the 'three choir' aspect of the 'Salve' to start with.
I've spent a lot of time talking to Satnav this week, and it's good to speak to him again. We're writing a musical together - it started as a joke, and then it got serious, so he's doing the script and I'm doing the score.
I don't have choir for the next two weeks because I've got to go skiing with the family on Saturday - well, they'll be skiing; I'll be sitting in the chalet and being 'on call'. Great.
Yours,
      Chessie
