Dear Kitty,
well, we've been on holiday for just over two weeks, and it's another 364 days til Christmas. Shame, really.
I find I'm always far more excited about Christmas when I'm at school compared to home. At school, there's all the build-up and excitement and so much to do - and that all vanishes when I get home. I think there's too much going on in December for us to have celebrations.
I'm sorry about this entry - I'm in a foul mood and I don't really have a reason for it. Well, I sort of do, but it shouldn't be a reason.
Since I got home, Mum and Dad have been asking me if I'm dieting or if I've lost weight or anything, and they've been making us all have family meals together. It annoys me - even though I know they're only worried. But it means that I know have to eat a lot more than I would do usually - and I've gained weight. I haven't felt this unattractive for a while now.
Because they're doing this, I'm just finding myself getting slowly more and more frustrated with them. William too. Cecily's usually ok. Speaking of which, it's her birthday tomorrow, and we're going shopping in Norwich. So there's one thing to look forward to. I was going to go busking the day after in Cambridge, but Mum and Dad don't think it's safe, so I'm going to meet up with people instead. I'm excited - I haven't seen Satnav for AGES.
Better be off - I still have various other Christmas presents to make.
Yours,
        Francesca
