Dear Kitty,
             well, I've just had another of the many many (bad) Oundle concerts. They're always horrendous, and tonight was no exception.
             I don't really like the music department anyway, and tonight some stuff happened that annoyed me. But you know the best part?
             My parents made a really big effort to come and see me, and, despite how much I complain about them, they DO understand and they really made me happy. We just talked about it, and they're going to write to Mr Gibbon, and - they were just very reassuring. I can't usually talk to them about anything that upsets me. This is a big step, and I feel much better now.
              You know what? I can't wait to get home. I'd never realised quite how much my parents do for me, but they pay for me to see friends and they buy my clothes and pay my school fees - and what do I give back? Nothing. In fact, I'm a fairly horrible child. My new resolution: be nice to them ALL the time, and keep on being grateful.
I've been praying a lot recently. I can't seem to stop thanking God since I realised just how lucky I am.
