Dear Kitty,
My emotions have an irritating habit of messing me around. I'm fine one moment, and the next I'm angry with the world. I want to cry for no reason, and then I'm so happy that it hurts. I don't understand, but I can't seem to stop thinking about everything so much - I'd quite like to switch off, but if I stop doing something else, my mind gets faster and faster and I can't stop. I'm not sleeping well, so I expect it's that - sleep at three, up at eight. It's all getting a bit ridiculous, and I'm looking forward to school.
I thought I was over something the other day. Apparently I'm not. One moment I don't miss it, and then I do, and then I don't, and then I do. The smallest thing reminds me of it, and it's probably the thing I think about most.
I'm going to shush now before you get fed up with me.
Yours,
Francesca
