Dear Kitty,          I don't really know what to write. Suffice to say that I'm tired, as per usual, and that I 'm worried. Isla's out of hospital, and she's having another operation next week. She's on my thoughts almost all the time now - her, Fraser and Satnav. Fraser is either hyperactive or upset, and Satnav has had something go wrong, so he's upset too. Life here is complicated - again.          We had half term for the last two weeks - Tom was in America, Isla was in hospital and Freya and I were at Katie's for the weekend. Lots of fun for four of us, less fun for the other. Still, it's Isla's birthday today, and I'm still making her a present, so, if she reads this:                                  HAPPY BIRTHDAY, ISLA!
