My dear Kitty, Just to prove that I'm not neglecting you and writing more to Anne (actually, I have yet to write a letter to her - I'll go and do it in a minute) I thought I'd write yet another lot of my pointless and confused musings. Nothing especially worthy of note has happened here recently; I have a new table for my bedroom, William found an ENORMOUS spider on the landing yesterday but we were both too afraid to get rid of it (Mum was asleep) and I just managed to cut my finger really badly trying to do some carrot sticks. It's surprisingly deep, but it doesn't hurt much - unfortunately, it makes typing, playing the piano and playing the violin almost impossible. Luckily, it's on my left hand, so I'm still free to draw and write as much as I wish. Mum had a minor (well, a bit more than minor) panic, so it's lucky that I've read enough to know what to do; I knew all those books would come in handy some day. It's times like these when I wish I went to Hogwarts - it'd be so useful to know how to heal wounds instantly, but unfortunately I've forgotten the spell (oh, apparently it's 'episkey') I'm not going to bore you with any more of our non-events, and I think that now would be a good time to go and do my letter to Anne.I've still got to do that other list I promised - I'll come and write to you soon. Hopefully something of note will happen within the next two weeks or so.Yours, Francesca SmithP.S. I forgot to metion that I now have a rather ridiculous amount of Sailor Moon and other anime-related pop music on my iPod - yes, that has been the high point of my week. It's rather good, though.
