Bought a portable A/C with a vent hose out the window,,,it is 12,000 btu's ..anyone have any experience with these types of units ,,,,I do not have central air,,,long story,,,at this stage very very expensive,,,
It probably is a very good thing that we have been spared power outages ,,,so far at least ,,,,today I am doing some domestic stuff ,,doing some laundry,,and when it get cooler later in the afternoon,,,going to mow some of the back ...just a section,,,I let it get out of control once again,,,,oh well,,,
I am isolating again,,which is never a good thing ,,,will try and do a break out and try something a bit different for a change,,,will see how it goes ,,,

enjoy your cool air. so, what are you going to do to unisolate yourself? somethig fun i hope. i just took my sons to breakfast at the diner and gave my one son money for shorts. then drove them back to their fathers. so, just low key too. so, is it all set-up the ac?
It is a pretty \"snazzy\" unit as these things go,,,,I got it at a brandsmart clearence center ,,,not sure if they have Brandsmart up in Jersey ??? ,,anyway ,,,it is a 12,000 btu which is a fairly large size not huge,, but I am now running dual systems one in the front and one in the back,,,so they sort of help each other out as it were ,,,the front one is a pretty old unit but it still works pretty good...I think it is a 16,000 btu ,,it is hard to say,,I think that I got a good deal on it ,,,I priced this unit at Walmart online and it costs about 460+/-.. I paid $244 and brought an extended warranty which cost $24 for two years ,,,(normally i pass on these things but it an A/C unit and they can be kind of funky sometimes )it was only $24 anyway,,,I had some guy I know set it into the window and it puts out pretty well,,,now I got to see what the hell kind of electric bill I get ,,I am sure it will spike some ,,summer is usually expensive anyway..
Did actually most of the back in the early evenning ,,have some patches left undone ,,,will get them in the next go around,,,
No relations, no date ,,so I guess I fly by the seat of my pants ,,,again,,was thinking of this irish bar/club haven\'t been to it a couple of years ,,they usually have somekind of irish band playing ,,,it\'s not all that far from here ,,
