Day two

Last night was nice, getting back into the family routine and spending more one on one time with the wife.  Just talking like we used too, some important things, some not. Doesnt much matter too me, by spending time away from them it made me realize how much I really want them in my life, and want to be a part of theirs forever.  Just being able to pick my two school age kids up from school brought a smile to my face, its the little things you never knew you would miss.
Today was nice too, I was working in the same part of town so I was able to meet her for a surprise lunch, I may not be her favorite person at the moment but I still think she likes seeing me.  I was also able to pick up my wife's broken wedding ring (the diamonds shifted a day before I was caught lying to her, I'm sure she sees it as an omen) from the jeweler this afternoon, I'll be glad to see her wearing it again.
Time to start preparing dinner.
