I went to my friend's graduation ceremony yesterday. He has terminal cancer and is in town for a week from a cancer center across the country. He is a really smart and funny dude. I went to a get-together afterwards. It was kind of uncomfortable because he was too tired to actually attend, and his family and friends have different political views from me, and I'm also a different race from everyone else. There is another get-together today that should be easier for him to come to. I should go. I'll probably ask if he wants to play a game together like we used to alot before.
