Day 6
I will make this my last entry for awhile. Today it hit me like a ton of bricks that it's really over. 7.75 years (yes I just said it like that; I'm an engineer) went down the drain just like that. Oh boy.
For what I wonder? 7.75 years for what? What the hell do I do with all those pictures and memories? I can't take it. I am so trapped by my mind. I have no doubt he has moved on. No one in his inner circle fully supported our relationship. What the hell do I do with the rest of my life? I am so scared of myself. It seems like I will always cause a man grief.

Please don\'t hesitate to journal WHENEVER you feel like it.
Journaling will help you release up all the pent up emotions and is EXTREMELY helpful.
Big hugs.
Hey WM it is a VERY had time right now and you are going to go through a rollercoaster of emotions, and thats to be expected. Now everything is about what you have learned and what growth you get from this, because growth is everything. I learned so much about myself from my affair, and subsequent IC I went through. I know now the value of being trustworthy; trustworthy is everything, to both myself and to anyone that I love. I strive every day to be trustworthy in my relationship. I and my GF know that my first inclination is to lie to not face consequences, and I am working on being a person who doesnt lie. This is the perfect time to find you. We go through things for a reason I believe. This can be a journey of self-discovery that will make you a stronger and better person, I know it has for me, but yes you have to go through the pain. We are here, and you are not alone. Be Blessed - GaC
