So next week's counseling session, I'm gonna work on trying to see what's the real me and what's the fake me. Talk therapy is really good for me. This is my 3rd semester going. The only thing I don't like is that the counselors are interns, so they are only here for one school semester. My last counselor, she was really, really good! Now I have another, and I think I like her better. I've done a lot of growing between the two of them, but my growth is a little limited (I would think), because after two semesters, I have to make a new appointment with a new counselor. Also, with it being school, we don't meet during breaks.
Anywho, we got into the real vs fake me. I wish I had more time to talk.  I only have 45 minutes (50 at most). She thinks that a lot of my good qualities, I attribute to the fake me, and my negative qualities and emotions, I attribute to the real me. I think that the real me may have good qualities too...but they aren't many and they are hard to see. I think I pushed away and held down (suppressed) my bad side enough that it's become blended together and have taken over the real me. Idk...the real me...who is that? I think she's manipulative, sneaky, uncaring, feisty, controlling........

Anywho, I guess its time to go to class. If it wasn't for people coming around, I would have written more :/ Oh well, I'll write later.
