63 days

As I woke up this morning I had successfully been lie free for 63 days.  It hasn't been easy but it does get easier each and every day, I think it gets easier because I get stronger at resisting the urge to lie.  I guess that is the key to beating any addiction is to beat the draw to do it.  Cold turkey worked for me, it helps that I have an iron will, so when I set my mind to something, it's as good as done.  I saw my goal, what was at stake and just continued to see that in my mind's eye.  63 days down and a lifetime to go.
