Today my wife asked me to call her lawyer. I have no idea why but she said if I did it would make things alot easier down the road.
I don't know what to do and I have a belly ache from the anxiety!

As soon as the two lovebirds left to run some errands, I called her lawyer but got an answering machine. I left my number and he has yet to call me back.
I purchased some inventory today and that made a big dent in what little savings I had but it was a necessary purchase if I want to maintain my income level. Plus, I have to buy it when the "price is right". No, I don't watch that show, I hate game shows, hate watching other people get rich :)

Ellzeena - once it goes from no fault to adultery it starts getting expensive. - proof, and all that have to be shown in court. hearings are expensive too.
Nothing is proven, and the courts swing in many directions. They usually want to try to make it fair for both parties, but it rarely works.
From living this kind of very very expensive nightmare - I think BOB NEEDS to speak to legal counsel about what the most cost expensive route for him would be, and how he is not going to get a royal screwing. - as opposed to a regular court screwing.
Every divorce is different, every situation is unique.
No-one EVER gets a better deal, there is always a price to be paid.
And for anyone who is not married in this day and age (and considering it) if you don\'t get a pre-nup, you are out of your mind. I saw a show on tv today and they were talking about in the pre-nup and in divorce items being added are Non Disclosure agreements relating to facebook and other social networks.
The world has gone insane.
