Time to spill my guts (said with a Kirk Douglas pressence)..Progress seems to be very incremental and at times kind of like terra firma evolution,,,I think that the dinosaurs were wiped out from boredom,,that or to many trips to Little Caeser's..Been sitting back watching to world go by...slowed down on the muffin production line...I have a fair amount of muffins in my freezer..it is getting kinda ridiculous,,,tried to job them out myself,,which proved to be a non-starter,,,I have ideas,,though I seem not able to bring them to the second level,,,I have to figure out a way of getting someone else involved ,,Anyone here in Broward County want a job ?? Pay is zero, benefits are zero,,,good at hawking a muffin product to where-ever for whatever price you can (con),, I mean muster from it ,,
The current big issue out there, for me anyway, is the new healthcare act ..which I am participating and fully vested in,,,I have a pre-existing and it is the ONLY insurance coverage out there at all for me,,,and if the act is struck down, that too gets flushed along with the rest of it ,,,Why can't some people wake up and see that employer based insurance is or has become like a buggy whip in the age of electric cars..and lots of folks are going to get hurt and die cause of no insurance (they do not qualify for medicaid or medicare ). If you are fortunate enough to have it ..then very good for you ,,if you don't then it is a whole other story,,..
The court decision should come in about a week..Maybe Scalia and Thomas will have a stroke by then !!!

Most home cooked foods made available for sale have to be prepared in a licensed commercial kitchen. You can rent one once you have the resources. If you sell your product you have to meet strict guidelines on quality. You may want to learn about this before you are sued or criminally charged - you know how crazy it is out there in society. Gift baskets using prepackaged foods would work I would think.

Yes, we have to have health care. We pay for people to go to college and healthy workers are every bit as important as having educated workers. I just don\'t see how health care is even considered optional for our society to be the very best it can be. The biggest issue is poor people often do not exercise their power of the VOTE and feel helpless to change such circumstances. We have to have those people affected to be willing to VOTE, and at every opportunity, and then the courts would be packed with those WE THE PEOPLE wanted and not just what the wealthy are doing. Unless we can get poor people who need health care to VOTE, where the WEALTHY ALWAYS VOTE, life is only going to get worse for this segment of our population. As long as poor people feel too powerless to even vote life is only going to go from bad to worse for those unable to afford health care costs.

We need to exercise our POWER by voting and at every opportunity as the wealthy do or only the wealthy will have ANY POWER AT ALL -- and that is, sadly, where life is heading simply because poor people feel too powerless to even vote.
