I am not in any mood to be writing this and yet I feel that I should say something ,,,,I heard someone say at a meeting and I am not sure the context of this but ,,,,,," persons who suffer can be living a suicidal ideation on the installment  plan,,," ,,,when I heard this it seemed very profound and as I said the context of the comment was pretty unclear,,,but it seemed to resinate somehow,,,
This is a day of confusion and unfocused stress i am dealing with today,,,,I made a lot of muffins...both blueberry and banana nut,,,now if I can only figure what to do with them...I would like to job them out to AA meetings clubhouses ,,was set to do that ,,,but something stopped me ,,,the muffins turned out pretty good,,so I don't know ,, so 17 of them are in my fridge at the moment ,,,(I ate one !!!!!!!!!!,,there were 18).
Met a lady who works at the Goodwill,,,another unrealistic episode ?????????????..I promised her a muffin,,,
