update

Not sure if anyone even reads my stuff anymore but just in case here is my update. I got diagnosed with colerectal cancer recently so i have been struggling to get that out. i had one surgery that wasnt succesful so i needed a second surgery that was suppose to be  yesterday but my colon was swollen and infected so they couldnt operate. it has been emotionally draining. on thhe plus side i have started these weight loss shakes. they are great!! it makes me feel good about myself. i just started them yesterday but i feel  really happy about it. i have definitely been feeling a bit better lately.
