So again, the probing questions started yesterday with a friend I haven't seen in a while. Someone mentioned how they were 7 stone when they got married. This was back in the days when there wasn't so much food around, as she's quite an old lady now. My friend then turned to me and said, "Isn't that what you weigh?" Such a simple question, and so much that then happens in my mind. I managed to respond quite casually, batting it away with a "no, I'm 9 stone silly, because I have serious muscles hahaha" but in my head, I was thinking, fat, fat, fat. I should be that 7 stone.
The problem is, because I cover the parts of my body that make me feel fat, people think I'm a lot skinnier than I actually am. I'm not exactly going to let my flab hang out for everyone to see. They've never seen me at my skinniest, so I must look ridiculously skinny to them already.
