One thing that really stresses me out is that people constantly hint that I need to put weight on. I'm not underweight and I just seem to carry it well. It all goes to my arms (giving me bingo wings, yuck!) and my thighs and people don't often see them. I cover them up as much as I can.
And actually, recently I've been at my highest weight ever (only by a lb, but even so). I don't want to talk actual numbers here, partially because I don't want to trigger anyone, partially because it makes me feel like a slob, even now. Surely though, people must know I'm at a healthy weight, yet they still pick on it? I have SO many friends who are far lighter than me naturally (Of which I'm extremely jealous, but I fight that every hour of every day).
A person telling me to gain weight makes me instantly think of my very light and skinny friends, how they're fine, how I don't need to gain it, I need to lose it, oh so much. It's an instant trigger for me. Just, eugh. How am I meant to fight this when such a small thing upsets me so much?
