Sad
I am sad today...I know this is part of the whole process...was on an upswing, today I just sad. I see so much that reminds me of Cassi...scrolling through the channels, The Rugrats Movie is playing. Cassi absolutely loved the Rugrats. Times were simpler back then and very, very sweet, though I didn't know it at the time. It flew by, of course...there is absolutely nothing I would not do to have her back...especially if I could have her back as a baby, so I could do it all over again, but better. I am smarter and more mature now. I'm just so sad. Not hysterical, just sad and resigned to the fact that my baby really is gone. I miss her so much. I didn't see her every day, didn't even communicate everyday...but I COULD. I don't have that option anymore.
I am still grateful she isn't suffering...I still feel that gratitude...just wish she wouldn't have had to endure all the suffering to begin with. I wish she could have had a normal life...or just a life. If I could have her back, could move her home...just her presence...
Please don't judge me. I promised myself I was going to lead a more honest life, more authentic...so in writing my thoughts down it just has to come out. I want to be with her so bad. I believe she is happy now, I believe she is healthy now...I believe, I believe, I believe...but I wish I could be with her. But I know, I KNOW, the only way to do that would be unbearable to my loved ones...my sweet husband watches me with worried eyes...he knows what I think. He lost his daughter too, he's not going to lose his wife. I'm just sad today, that's all. Maybe tomorrow will be better.

No judgement ever here sweetie, and besides, what is to be judged?? You\'re aching for your amazing daughter! We all could have written this...and most of us have.
Living an honest, authentic life....yes, that is the only way to truly LIVE. I am learning more and more each day what my truth is and how to live my most authentic life.
If I could, I would sit beside you today and hold your hand and cry with you. Please know, in my heart, that\'s exactly what I\'m doing.
There is no judging here at FMO! Dag, if there was, I would have been kicked out a long time ago! So early yet for you, but time will instill more and more into you the acceptance and moving forward. Been there, done that about wanting to leave to be with my son, but knowing what heartbreak I would bring to my remaining child...and not one I will ever do to him! Hugging you tightly as I can over the internet!
Peace.
We are all in the same boat!!!! Hugs,Kathy
That is the beauty of this healing haven. There is no judgment just so much compassion and companioning. It is where I can come to BE and share whatever is stirring within me day and night. No filters are needed here and just allow it all to come out.
The sadness, missing and longing must be felt as you are. I never thought my heart could be felt as it has been or hurt for as long as it has. Yet, somehow in that hurting it has become cracked wide open and feels things I thought never possible. You will notice a heightened awareness around everything if you have not already and this is one of the gifts in this chaos.
Leaning into each thought and feeling as it comes and knowing that even in the loneliness of it all that there are others leaning into it with you.
Heartfelt (((hugs)))
