Actually pictured myself winning and all the fun it used to be. Man if I did not stop that thought I would probably be at a casino now. I had to think about the time I won $900 and the next day lost it all $20 after$20, hour after hour, so pathetic. Why that thought popped up I do not know, scary. Keeping very busy and that has helped me. Have to keep the thoughts going deeper to the losing aspect of gambling which is what it became...all the time.

Cloris, I know exactly what you mean. It makes me furious when this happens to me. It just comes out of nowhere. It is like our addiction is tapping us on the shoulder saying \"I\'m not done with you, yet\". Good strategy to cut it off at the pass. Love and hugs, Estel
