One more last day- I placed my last bet 7/13/12. I feel better when I make it home without gambling and lying.  When I get the urge I start by saying NO, No, and move my thoughts elsewhere, anywhere, like what to get the kids for their birthdays, the state of my garden etc. and before I know it I have driven past the casinos. I cannot wait until I do not even notice the casinos.
