URGH

I should know by now when someone asks "how are you?" THEY REALLY DON'T WANT TO KNOW and the facial expression says it all.....I'm better in my coccoon, away from people because it always sets me back.....I should know better by now.....why does it even bother me....I'm too old for this SH*&%T,,,,,,
