Happy Tuesday and what an awesome day it is!!

Well, I'm officially on the Suboxone (Subutex, actually) and it was the best decision I've ever made!!  By the time I got to the Dr's office Friday, I was in some pretty bad physical/mental withdrawl and was even crying.  If I would've had to wait 2 more min's, I would have ran out and took handfuls of vicodin, but that's a time where you HAVE TO BE STRONG and KNOW that help is on the way!!  So, after filling out paperwork and when I went and grabbed the RX and came back, the Dr. had me take some right away.   The Dr just kept going up 4 mg's every half hour or so, until I felt good again!  Last night was the first night since then that I got some sleep.  It's a smart idea when you do this on a Friday and can chill out all weekend!!  Insomnia is a side effect of withdrawl and the dosing the Dr did was fabulous!  I just called him every time I was "craving" or everytime my pain came back, and he would adjust my dose, until I felt 100%!!  So, this is day 5 on the Subutex and I feel fantastic!!  NO MORE PAIN PILLS!!!  The Trazadone that he gave me to help me fall alseep started working by last night.  Seemingly, everything is PERFECT now!!  I have even found my laughter again!  I mean true real from the belly, laughter!  It's hard to describe, but it something that was dearly missed.  I had my messed up neck and back adjusted by the chiropractor last night and WOW was THAT PAINFUL!!  It hurt so bad I was actually crying!!  It's going to take about 8 weeks of 3 visits a week to get my neck and spine corrected/adjusted to a point of just maintenance, because there is no cure for the osteo-arthrtis and no cure for the rhuematoid arthrtis, I will never be totally pain free, but like last night, I was hurting so bad after that, then I called my Dr.  because of the pain, and he said it would be okay to take another pill.  My doctor is simply awesome!!  I'm so happy to finally have my life back!!  This was truly THE BEST decision I have ever made and I'm FREE!!!!
