Happy Thursday everyone!!!  smiley-cool.gif

Welp, I can only take the rest of my pain pills up until 4pm this afternoon, so I can be in some sort of withdrawls for my induction with Suboxone/Subutex, tomorrow at noon.  I am nervous and excited at the same time.  I feel kinda scared and don't really know why?   Not having a PC at home, I will have to get back on here Monday to let everyone know how I'm doing and how things are going.  It should be an interesting weekend to say the least.  I do remember last time I was on it, I had TONS of energy....kinda like when you first get high on vicodin or any opiate.  Hopefully I should get stuff accomplished.  I'm curious how my pain will be with the new meds too.

Yesterday I got Damien's report card and it was as bad as I thought....all E's.  Then to top that off I had parent-teacher conferences right after.....I mostly cried to his teachers.  Damien has made some promises to "get it together" and I know he's a B type student, so we are gonna do everything we can to get him back on track!!!

For my DS friends: I have read your journals today and am going to continue to pray for you, until I can check in on you Monday, so HANG IN THERE, okay???  You know who you are...lol smiley-laughing.gifSince tomorrow is a holiday, and I won't be at work (cause I'll be getting my life back) I won't have access to a PC tomorrow, either.  Again, keep hope alive!!

*BIG HUGS FOR MY DS FRIENDS*

God Bless ALWAYS!!!!!

I never heard of what your getting for pain? Either way, I hope it works for you. I would give naything to be pain free and have a life. My only life is my babies and my friends here at DS. But that really aint all bad. Just get tired of my same four walls.
If you dont mind me asking, how old is Damien? Will help me to give you ideas on how to help bring grades up. You see I wasnt born with a silver spoon or a perfect life. I come from a broken family none of my siblings but 1 graduated, my father didnt grduate HS til he was much older and everyone said my kids would not graduate, they would be teend moms and so on. All my kids but one graduated HS outta 6 not bad, two did it with high honors, one is a US Marine, another Dental Tech, Beautician, and one finsihing up her PHD in Psychiatry. I aint saying I am perfect, but I beat the odds, it wasnt easy. But i learned from my parents mistakes, my own mistakes, alot of trial and error, life was a good teacher for me and I really learned alot and have a good relationship with my children. They all have respect for me and and we arent just mother/child, we are friends. Two of my boys were severe ADHD so that was a trip to learn to deal with. We had our share of ups and downs and now I just try to do my very best to help others in anyway I can. This is all I have left I can do. SO if ever you need help, I am here. I will listen and when asked give an opinion that you can take or leave. Well I must lay down for a spell again. Have a great weekend. Many Hugs...Julie
