A pet peeve here.. Seems that I write and write and write to various people and to ongoing friends on a regular basis here and other sites and NOTHING .. from no one ... for myself I try to be as timely responsive as possible ,, but ,, that is me ,,and I guess I am an odd ball with far to much time on my hands ,,I am sure that the people I write to do not get a thousand personal e/mails in a day or they should go out and get a personal assistant then ??..But I suppose that is in the nature of Social media where rudeness and non-responsiveness are now the new normal or social norm,,
I mean it is not like you have to sit down, get paper and pencil, and actually write a letter, find your last stamp, and mail the damn thing.

well it depends....that is all I have to say...LOL
I have written to u several times and no answer. It has happened to me with other people too. Although its bothersome and I wonder why no answer and why people don\'t want to make efforts I have learned to accept it and try to get a long despite this.
So I can keep the friendships I have. Once I have formed a bond with them even if they don\'t write to me I still want to be friends, maybe one day it will work.
And they will want to be friends with me. I am learning to be patient and I\'m proud of myself for this because I used to get really upset over this I still do because I\'m really sensitive but I have learned to not do that anymore.
Totally understand Mycroftt... I have a few very close friends that I talk to everyday, not only here but on my personal email as well. Some on the phone. It depends a lot on their problems, how much time they have and what they feel comfortable sharing. Take heart, and concentrate on becoming closer to a few. More messages and less headaches...lol
the comment was intended as a general comment rather than something specific as if \" why haven\'t you written\",, I am not perfect though I think that I am generally pretty responsive ,,, though in truth it does have a lot to do with the context of the message,, and present mindset..
