my weekend was fine but it seemed like i let it go sour.
today there were so many things going on, my best friend wanted to play some tennis, my brother n wife were having a bbq and invited me over, a friend of mine was having some bday party another friend of mine was having a going away. where did i go? none of these places. i left my home (moms house) to come back to my apartment to be totaly alone...and why?? i have no idea. i feel bored and there was so much to do today and instead i opted to come here sit in silence and waste a sunday. dont know why, i have no real reason, i mean my situation ...well i already know where that is going... my H called me today i called him back and he was a total jackass to me, he yelled at me because he couldnt hear me.... i mean that had nothing to do with me so why am i letting him put a damper on my day? why am i sitting here alone like a jackass? i hate feeling down, its annoying, to me that is

It\'s a decision, my friend. You can choose to go out and be with others, enjoying the company and fine weather. Or you can sit in your apartment.
I used to do that. I\'d sit in my garage with the door closed and drink. Usually angry with the world or feeling sorry for myself. No longer. Today I often choose to be with others.
I also choose whom I speak with. If someone cannot be civil, they can speak to the dial tone or open air. I hang up or walk away.
Tis good to remember this: \"If you want something different, you must do something different.\"
