5:37 am est.

the new temporary normal is waking around 4 am to go to the loo......followed by a period of sneezing, stuffy and drippy nose, difficulty breathing.....excess mucous.  an all around hot dateable girl if you're into sinus drainage.  mercy.

after an hour and a half trying to conk back out, here i am, sitting in the dark listening to the kitties......so hopeful that i will feed them before it's meal time.  sigh, i get it cat kids......i hear ya.

i tidied the  bed, did the few dishes from last night's dinner......if you can call top ramen followed by cookies and milk a real meal.  i did.....bust me dano!

the hum of the frig is soothing.......and i'm breathing better. 

i got an accidental check from my mortgage company......they sent me a fat check by mistake.  glad i was alert enough to call them FIRST........they forgot to include my homeowners insurance.....dropped my house payment by several hundred dollars......wondering if this happened during a party or a black out of some kind.....it's worrisome to see this kind of mistake.  need to call them back next week and make sure they have straightened things out......can't assume things.  so often forget to follow through, a guy named mark said he'd let me know, but i have learned not to rely on others.  so often important things slip through the cracks. 

what is rio doing?  oh jeez.....he's stealing paper napkins to chew on......kitties are always into things.  now he's on top of one of the kitchen chairs acting all innocent.....like me?  steal napkins?  chew on the edges?  as if i would deign to do such childish things.......you are so busted Rio!

time is now 5:44 am, i can hear the train whistle blowing.......it's very early ....my eyes are bone dry.......but i'm walking much better today........so far so good early or not.  small blessings are BIG blessings around here.
